Chimney Puff Back

This chimney puff-back caused damage to the most used room in this customer's home, their den. The soot damage affected the entire structure of the den such as the walls, ceilings, and floors as well as contents, i.e. sofa, table, knickknacks, picture frames etc.

We packed out the entire room and took the items back to our warehouse for cleaning. After all of the contents were removed, we started cleaning the walls, ceiling, and floor. Our local Chimney Cleaning subcontractor cleaned the chimney and they also referred us this call.

We cleaned the contents and returned each piece to their exact space in the den. We were happy to help our subcontractor get their client's favorite room restored!
